Teachers On Demand Shop
Effective July 13, 2026
All Teachers On Demand, INC merchandise sold through our online Shop is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order after it's placed, we're unable to accept returns for reasons other than a defect, damage, or printing error. Full details are below.
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@teachersondemand.org. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — there's no need to return the original item to us.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because our products are made to order, we're unable to offer refunds for incorrect size selections or a change of mind. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or design, contact us at info@teachersondemand.org — we're happy to help arrange a replacement order, at the cost of the new item.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the cost of reshipping to the correct address will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows a package as lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
